Yellow Jackets Everywhere

Shortly after we moved here the boys noticed a small creek across the road. They would go down there to play. One day Christopher came running in the house screaming "Brendan got stung, Brendan needs help."
I ran outside to find Brendan running up the driveway waving his arms. As I got close to him I saw there were yellow jackets flying all around him. I wasn't sure what to do. I took off his shirt and started waving it at the yellow jackets. Then picked him up to help him run faster to the house.
As we got to the porch most of them were gone. I asked Christopher to run a bath as I took off the rest of Brendan's clothes and shoes to make sure they were all off him.
I gave him a bath with a little bit of bleach in it and wrapped some oatmeal in a napkin to rub on his skin. It seemed to help but the poor little guy had nightmares. The neighbor came to ask about Brendan and told us he posted a No Trespassing because he didn't want anyone to get hurt. They boys were dissappointed but just followed the creek down the road. However, they were more careful where they stepped.
